Xiaomi has teased the release of a new product on 18th December. The product will probaby be the Xiaomi Mi Play which Xioami has been teasing for a lot of time. The phone will be made to compete with the honor playw hixh is available at Rs 19,999 and has the Kirin 970 chipset which has snapdragon 845 like performance.

The phone is also said to be the rebranded version of the Pocophone F1 which also features the snapdragon 845 processor at Rs 19,999 too. Let’s take a look at what specifications we can expect in the Mi Play smartphone.
Xiaomi Mi Play Specifications
The phone might feature a 6.2 inch screen with or probably without a notch. It would have a full Hd+ Amoled screen. The processor would be none other than the Snapdragon 845. It would feature minimum 6Gb Ram and go on to 8Gb Ram variant.
As it is a gaming smartphone there might be air triggers included in the mobile set. People should have really low expectations with the camera on the mobile as it will be a budget mobile for gaming lovers.
Battery would be 4000Mah available with quick charge 4.0. It would run on the Android 8.1 oreo and will feature the Miui 10. That’s just a prediction but most probably we will get to see the same specifications mentioned above in the Mi play. The cameras should be of 13+5 megapixels and a front facing camera of 20 megapixels.

The pricing of the Mi Play will be under or just above 20000 Rs. No doubt accesories for gaming would be available for separate sale. Xiaomi already has its gaming series the Xiaomi Shark mobile but this one would be a really toned down version of it.
Release date
It will release tomorrow in China so most probably will come to India in March or April. Xiaomi does keep a specific amount of time difference releasing mobile in China and India.
