Robert Downey Jr. A.K.A Iron Man was recently appointed as a brand ambassador of One Plus. You must have also seen him in brand creatives promoting the latest devices by One Plus company. To promote the flagship One Plus 7 Pro, Robert Downey Jr made a public post but did one mistake.
He actually used a Huawei Mate 20 Pro for posting the promotion. This is not the first time an actor has made this mistake. Gal Gadot, the wonder woman used an iPhone to promote an android device. There were many Indian actors too who used different smartphones to promote different ones.
When the Iron Man actor came to realize his mistake, he took down the post but not before people had captured screenshots of his post. Later on, he owned up to his mistake saying:
‘Well, I guess its time to upgrade my assistant to a One Plus 7 Pro so mistakes don’t happen again.’
Many people commit such mistakes but don’t own up to it. Its the sweet nature of Rober Jr to own up to this mistake. The One Plus 7 Pro is a recent smartphone which was amongst the first devices in India with Snapdragon 855 processor.
Robert Downey Jr. is most probably now out of the Marvel Industry as his character died in Avengers Endgame. He will be looking forward to doing other movies till the time he decides to put an end to his acting career.
It has a 90Hz refresh rate and flagship Sony IMX sensors. The device has a pop-up selfie camera, in-display fingerprint sensor, 6.59-inch screen, and a Super AMOLED display.
The phone, however, was caught in criticism for the high price of the device. One Plus came as a flagship killer but now it has become a flagship brand.
