Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 8/8 Pro in China and they are the same aggressively priced devices like their predecessors. In this article, we will tell you the specifications of both the devices.
Redmi Note 8 Specifications
The Redmi Note 8 comes with a 6.3 inch FHD+ LCD screen with a dewdrop notch. It has the Snapdragon 665 processor along with Android 9 Pie. The device still runs on the same MIUI 10. It has a front face unlock as well as a fingerprint sensor. The main highlight of Note 8 is the quad-camera setup on its rear. The primary camera is of 48 MP combined with an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, 2 MP macro lens, and 2 MP depth sensor. At the front is a 13 Mp selfie camera. The base variant starts with 4 Gb + 64 Gb. It also comes in 6 Gb + 64 Gb and 6 Gb + 128 Gb variants. The device has a battery of 4000 Mah with fast-charging support. The price of different variants is as follows:

Redmi Note 8 Pro Specifications
The Redmi Note 8 Pro has a 6.5-inch FHD+ display. It has the latest Mediatek Helio G90 Processor. It runs on Android 9 Pie and has custom UI MIUI 10. The base variant of the device comes in 6 Gb + 64 Gb variant. There is also a 6 Gb + 128 Gb and 8 Gb + 128 Gb variant available. The main highlight of Redmi Note 8 Pro is its camera again. It has a 64 MP primary camera. The rest of the sensors are the same as Redmi Note 8. There is an ultra-wide sensor, depth sensor, and a macro lens. The fingerprint sensor is attached along with the camera setup. This makes finding the sensor much easier. It also has a 13 MP front-facing selfie camera. The pricing of Note 8 Pro is as follows:

The only shortcoming of the devices is the expectation of OLED display. The OLED display is not present on Redmi Note 8/8 Pro.
