Mediatek Helio G90, G90T launched for gaming devices

Mediatek has been producing a series of quality processors which started from Helio P60 and Helio P70. Now, Mediatek has come out with two new processors namely Mediatek Helio G90, G90T for gaming devices. In this article, we will tell you the features of these processors.

The Mediatek Helio G90, G90T both have octa-core CPU’s which include ARM Cortex-A76 and Cortex A55 cores at a clock speed of 2.05Ghz. Both have new GPU 0f Mali-G76 3EEMC4 GPU clocked at 800 MHz.

If the technical stuff bores you, you should know that the Helio G90t outperforms Snapdragon 730 in all matters. The G90Tsupports a 90 Hz screen. It also, support LPDDR4x Ram support and 21:9 display support. The processor can handle up to 10 Gb of Ram and a 64 MP camera.

The Helio G60 supports screen up to 60 Hz with up to 8 Gb of Ram and triple rear cameras up to 48 M.P.

Coming to gaming benefits, Mediatek has launched a HyperEngine Gaming Technology with these processors. This technology helps to boost gaming performance by up to 50% than the Helio P90. There is also a rapid response technology which will help Pubg Players with reaction speed.

Apart from these, both processors offer dual Wifi connection support which will enable a smartphone to connect with two wifi routers at the same time. What benefit this will have is unknown.

Coming to the news is that Xiaomi has reported on coming out with a device with Helio G90T very soon. This will very well be a gaming device for sure. Also, Realme has been promoting its 64 M.P. cameras for quite some time. With Helio G90T supporting 64 MP camera, Realme might also come with a device having this processor.

In the current scenario, people prefer a good processor rather than a good pair of cameras. Thus, companies like Realme and Xiaomi are trying to balance it out with a good camera and processor smartphones. An example of this is the Realme 3 which is the only device at its price to offer a great camera as well as Helio P70 processor.
