Trailer of Kabir Singh which is one of the most awaited film of Bollywood is finally dropped and netizens just can’t stop praising the actor. This movie is a remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy in which the titular role was played by Vijay Deverakonda. The Bollywood remake of the movie is directed by Sandeep Vanga who also helmed the Telugu version. Watch the trailer below.
Shahid Kapoor plays a jilted lover who has anger management issues. In nearly 3 minutes long trailer of the movie Kabir Singh, Shahid as a character goes on to become a drug and an alcohol addict from being a decent medical student. All this happens after he fells in love with a girl in the same college. This part is portrayed by Kiara Advani whose simplicity and beauty has captured the hearts of millions of fans.
Shahid’s pre and post-breakup looks and his reactions are emotionally heavy. He shouts, screams and is unable to control his anger after he becomes a jilted lover. He pops drugs, drinks alcohol and even says that ‘he is not a rebel without a cause’. He is so heartbroken by his breakup that he goes deep in the mode of self-destruction. These are the scenes displaying the ‘toxic’ ways and the way Shahid Kapoor has portrayed these parts are worth applause. Clearly, the trailer showed that ‘love knows no boundaries’ the emotional rush in love is so heavy that it can ruin a person completely.
