It seems that the news is true to a certain extent because recently, a 16-year-old Madya Pradesh teen has died due to Cardiac Arrest or heart attack. The teen named Furkan Qureshi was a swimmer with a good heart and no related problems whatsoever. On May 28, after eating lunch he started playing Pubg and this went on for over six hours. After six hours it was reported that he started shouting at the players he was playing the game with and that is when he got struck by the Cardiac Arrest. He was immediately taken to the hospital but was declared dead.
The doctors tried to revive him via electric shocks and injections but still, it was not enough. Furkan was a student studying in class 12th. Furkan’s sister, Fiza, who was in the room with him when the incident happened told everything. She said that her brother started shouting “carry out the blast…carry out the blast.” He removed his headphones and started shouting “Ayan, I will never play with you again.” and collapsed on the floor.
Dr. Ashok Jain, who tended to Furkan when he was brought in reportedly said “He didn’t have a pulse when he was brought in. We tried to resuscitate him but he could not be revived.” He also said that Furkan’s heart seemed to be healthy as his family had told him that he was a swimmer. The excitement of the game must have caused an adrenaline rush, which in turn would have caused tachycardia and then cardiac arrest.
Recently, there have been so many reports related to Pubg addiction. People should realize that it is not the game which is bad. The game is helping tons of people to earn money i.e. Youtubers like Dynamo and Mortal. It is people’s fault who get so much addicted that it ultimately results in them losing their life. The incident of 16 year Old Madya Pradesh teen, tells us that nothing is better than a certain limit.
Furkan’s family is really heart-broken and his brother who too was a Pubg addict has deleted the game after the death of his brother.
