WWE Smackdown Live was a really great show. In this week’s smackdown we saw Stephanie Mcmahon arriving for Daniel Bryan and Kofi’s match contract signing for WWE Championship at Fastlane. Instead Vince Mcmahon arrives and announces Kevin Owen will replace Kofi to fight against Daniel Bryan. Kofi looked aghast but there’s still hope for him.
(1) The Hardy Boys defeats the Bar
The Hardy Boys returned to Smackdown Live as Matt Hardy has been cleared to fight. They fought against Sheamus and Cesaro. The match was great with many close moments. In the end it was Jeff Hardy who gave a Swanton to Cesaro to seal things up.
(2) R. Truth defeated Rey Mysterio and Andrade Cien Almas
R. Truth in this week’s smackdown issued an open challenge accepted by both Rey and Almas. It was the bets match of the night. We saw a lot of 619 and Almas was at his best but it was R. Truth who in the end pinned Mysterio to seal the victory.
(3) Charlotte Flair addressed WWE Universe
As Charlotte Flair has taken the heal turn she addressed the WWE Smackdown Universe by telling that she was the best there is in WWE and that Ronda Rouse is afraid of her beating that she gave to her at Survivor Series.
(4) Ricochet and Aleister Black defeated Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev
Shinsuke Nakamura has pinned down stars namely John Cena. In WWE Smackdown this week A leister Black gave his finisher kick to Nakamura straight to his jaw and pinned him down. It was a really really big upset as both Nakamura and Rusev are big names in WWE and losing to two NXT stars who have just arrived brings them really done in the chain.
(5) Kevin Owen and Kofi Kingston defeated Daniel Bryan and Eric Rowan
Both Kevin Owens Kofi looked to be in their best forms and thus stole the match from the hands of Bryan and Rowan. For unknown reason Bryan’s heel character is starting to look really great as fans have started booing him down.
