Sacred Games Season 2 Trailer released: Know premiere date and story

On 9th of July, Netflix released Sacred Games Season 2 Trailer. The trailer has since then garnered about 9 million views and stands at #1 Trending on Youtube. Some of the famous characters, Gaitonde, Bunty Bhai and Sartaj Singh. We will also see a new character, the famous actress Kalki Koechlin. The trailer itself isn’t much revealing but has its own fan-favorite moments. In this article, we will tell you a detailed analysis of Sacred Games Season 2 Trailer as well as everything there is to know about the new character in the series. Sacred Games Season 2 Trailer

First of all, let’s start with the premiere date. The show will premiere on 15th of August which is a very special day for a series to release. Well, 2 new characters will be seen in the second season. They will be Kalki Koechlin and Ranvir Shorey. Kalki will play the role of Batya while Ranvier will play the role of Shahid Khan.

The trailer starts with Bunty receiving a call from Gaitonde himself. He gets shocked to his core from the call and asks his boss’s whereabouts. We then see Sartaj Singh on duty with a blood-stained dress. He is in a lot of tension to solve what will happen in Mumbai at the end of 25 days.

The trailer is mostly Gaitonde speaking in reference to ‘Sardarji’ A.K.A. Sartaj Singh. Thus, expect more insight into the life of Gaitonde in the upcoming Seasons and why did he kill himself. We will also be seeing the time before Bunty dies as he did in Season 1. Roles of Kalki and Ranvir are not much detailed right now. However, Gaitonde is seen to be in anger and wanting revenge. On whom, this is unknown.

A question is asked at the very end of Sacred Games Season 2 Trailer: Is this world worth saving? This question is certainly very logical and can be seen from several points of views. However, we won’t discuss that here. The good thing in the trailer is that Gaitonde is still that badass gang leader and Sartaj Singh, the same confused cop who doesn’t even know who the real enemy is.

What we know is that we should be ready for yet another season of the portrayal of intense corruption, crime, and romance which certainly is a reality in India.
