Realme to be among the very first company to launch 5G Smartphone in India

Realme entered the Indian market in early 2018 and has been dominating it ever since. This is one of the reasons why it has reached the second position in smartphone sales in the first quarter of 2019. Realme 3 was the most sold phone in the month of March. After all of its successful ventures, Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme, on Twitter has revealed that Realme will be among the very first company to launch a 5G Smartphone in India.

Realme 5G Smartphone

In his tweet, he confirmed that a 5G Smartphone will be launched by Realme within this year itself. His tweet read:

“#5G is real… Straight out of meeting room with SKy Li. Glad to share with you our latest R&D updates: #Realme will be among the first brands to bring 5G Smartphone globally this year. And we are determined to bring the best of technology to India as early as possible.”

This tweet comes a month after it announced of releasing 5G phone once the network is ready in both China and India. 5G network, as per many videos will completely change the way you browse in your phone. It will take less than 1 minute to download an app of 2 Gb.

Realme’s latest device was the Realme X which is also its first device to launch in China. It comes with Snapdragon 710, in-display fingerprint sensor and a pop-up selfie camera. It is a rebranded Realme 3 Pro along with a pop-up selfie camera and in-display fingerprint sensor.

Last month Madhav Seth reported releasing the Realme X in India along with a much more powerful processor and some other changes. Realme 3 Pro is also among the devices to receive the Android Q beta update. Well, let’s just hope that Realme keeps up with the good work and continues providing us with devices which win our hearts.
