The Honor View 20 comes with a 6.4 inch Full HD+ TFT punch hole display. It is the first phone with a punch hole in its display that is being launched in India. It runs on Android 9.0 pie and has the latest EMUI OS too. It is powered by the Kirin 980 processor and comes in two variants. 6Gb Ram + 128Gb Storage and 8Gb Ram + 256Gb storage.
The device has both fingerprint unlock and 3D face unlock. In the camera department the device has dual rear cameras of 48 megapixel + a 3D TOF sensor which enhances depth details. It has a 25 megapixel front facing camera which is hidden in the Punch-hole display. It has a battery of 4000Mah too which can be fast charged with a 20W charger. Overall, it is a unique device.
Price
The 6Gb Variant costs Rs 37,999 while the 8Gb variant costs Rs45,999. The pricing can be said to be fair as per the specs and the new punch-hole display design which certainly seems to be getting famous as a lot of youtubers have been praising it. The 8Gb Variant seems overpriced a little.
Opinion
The new Honor View 20 has the latest best processor by Honor, the best camera, good battery with fast charging and much more at a price which is like at a quarter of what Apple is charging for its Iphone Xs Max and that too without a fast charger and a dongle. If you are looking for a device in the premium segment at a price of 30-40K you can consider anyone between the One Plus 6T and the Honor View 20.
