Virat has broken this record in just 268 ODI innings. He now ranks at 8th place in highest-scoring ODI batsmen.
The 2nd ODI against West Indies was full of records not just for King Kohli but also for Chris Gayle. Chris Gayle who has been playing ODI cricket for West Indies since a long time has now played 300 ODI matches. he is the only West Indies batsmen to ever do so.
