One Plus 6T has been the hype in all the television advertisements and many YouTubers have been posting about it too. Well, it has finally been launched yesterday. Let’s see if its worth the hype or not.

Specifications
The One Plus 6T features a 6.41 inch OLED display with a waterdrop notch. It has the latest android Pie preinstalled and is powered by Snapdragon 845. It has got 8Gb Ram and 128 Gb storage and also comes in different variants but the minimum variant will be of 128Gb storage.
The phone is waterproof and IP68 marked. It has corning gorilla glass 6 and Oxygen Os. It has Adreno GPU 630. It features a dual rear camera of 16+20 megapixels and a front facing camera of 16 megapixels just like the One Plus 6. The main difference is the in-display fingerprint sensor. It has it and is pretty fast running in comparison with other phones having the feature. It also has a face unlock sensor which is also pretty fast.
Both One Plus 6 and One Plus 6T’s appearance is the same if both are seen in low light as the waterdrop notch is not visible then. It has a 3700 Mah battery which is an upgrade over the One Plus 6 having just 3300 Mah battery.
Pricing
The pricing would be just 2-3k upper than the One Plus 6 as there are not many upgrades in the mobile. Thus you can expect it to be starting at 37000Rs.
One Plus 6T, worth the upgrade?
Seeing that there was so much hype about 3 cameras, 5G etc and now seeing that the only see to it upgrade is the in-display fingerprint sensor somehow will break people’s hearts. It just depends on how you see it. If you are having a One plus 6, then I guess there is no need to upgrade it to the 6T as it is not much of an upgrade.
