Netflix has just dropped 13 Reasons Why Season 3 Trailer. We already knew that a Season 3 would be coming to post the events in the season finale but didn’t know when. With the release of Season 3 Trailer, it is confirmed that the show will hit Netflix on 23rd August. Before we start with any theories or explanation, here’s the trailer for anyone who hasn’t watched it till now.
Even though the story of 13 Reasons Why got officially over after Season 1, the characters were so well developed and lovable that Season 2 came. Now comes the Season 3. The main shock regarding Season 3 is that Bryce Walker is dead.
The official synopsis by Netflix reads:
“8 Months after preventing Tyler from committing an unthinkable act at Spring Fling, Clay, Tony, Jessica, Alex, Justin, and Zach, find a way to shoulder the burden of the cover-up together while helping Tyler move towards recovery.
What to expect?
13 Reasons Why Season 3 Trailer confirms that the story will revolve around ‘Who Killed Bryce Walker?’. This is also because Netflix has also made a site regarding this: ‘WhokilledBryceWalker.com’.
Along with it, we will be seeing much more of Tyler, his story and what made him try to do the unthinkable. The undeniable truth is that this series has become just a drama show from an original mystery thriller show just like Riverdale. The story is extending without much need. Netflix could have pulled the string by a beautiful ending like Season 2 had before Tyler intervened.
However, the characters are the only thing saving the series but without a story, it would be hard for them to do such. Dylan Minette, who plays Clay Jensen on the show took to Twitter to say that the last few episodes are going to be the best one throughout the whole series.
