Micromax after the incoming of 4G has been away for almost an year. No good phones were seen in this time and its CFO reportedly said in a youtube interview that now that their absence was due to the time taken for liquidifying the 3G shares in the market held by Micromax.

The CFO Shubhodip Pal has said that every 40 days a new YU mobile will be launched. Their tagline is this: ” Forget Mi, YU decide” In this blog we are going to talk about the Micromax Yu Ace.

Micromax is famous for the specs they bring yo their phones in such low prices. They certainly want to do the same with the Micromax Yu Ace. The device is priced at just Rs 5,999 which is an impossible price for a phone with fingerprint sensor.

Opinion

Micromax is very clear in what they are doing. It can be seen pretty clear in the specs they provide at this price range. The main competition they face is with the Redmi 5A which features neither a fingerprint nor a face unlock sensor.

Thus they face not much competition if customers are knowledgable about the product they are buying. If possible this phone should be rated as the true Xiaomi killer.
