This is not the typical subject of Anurag Kashyap’s movie but even after this, the director has given us a deep dive into a complicated emotion called love. Manmarziyaan movie is a special take on this complication. Creative producer Kanika Dhillon has also adorned this movie with the various shades that this emotion ‘love’ has.

The movie shows a relationship between Vicky and Rumi which is full of hormonal excitement and life. This role is portrayed with perfection by Vicky Kaushal and Tapsee Pannu.

Here is another man in the movie named as Robi played by Abhishek Bachchan. He is subtle and more expansive in his love for Rumi. This is a kind of partner who can support a broken girl in love.

The kind of understanding that Robi has for Rumi is called sacrifice, real love, patience and what not. On the other hand, Vicky is a local profilgate whose entire life is fuelled by Rumi and her love, both physical and emotional. Rumi is a headstrong girl with maddening energy.

Her looks, her body language all  speaks for the personality and mind that her character has. This movie Manmarziyaan is like another feather on the cap of Tapsee Pannu as far as her acting chops are concerned. The way she has pulled-off this role is just perfect.

The second half of the movie is also as encapsulating as it can get. Her we see Robi’s personality balancing the wreck which Vicky has caused into Rue’s life.

Robi’s character in Manmarziyaan movie is so sacrificing that Rumi keeps asking him ‘ki tum insaan ke roop me devata ho ya devata ke roop e insaan’. The messiness and the glory that the movie Manmarziyaan offers is worth a watch. Do not miss watching this flick at any cost. It is worth your money and time!
