Kapil Sharma is one of the best comedians currently in India. In his latest episode with guests Sonakshi Sinha and rap star Badshah, Kapil reveals that his first salary was just ‘Rs 1500’. He reveals that he used to work in a printing mill where they used to print fabric. Archana Puran Singh, upon this revelation, pulls Kapil’s leg by saying that now he is printing notes.

Hearing this, Badshah reveals that his first payment was Rs 300 which he got for his first rap song. Kapil Sharma is the only Indian TV celebrity who came on the list of Forbes India Celebrity for 4 continuous years. Due to the bad time in his career between 2017-18 upon the incident with Sunil Grover, he is now out of the Forbes List.

Ironically, this year Sunil Grover is in the list of Forbes Top earning Indian Celebrities. However, coming back to the topic, Kapil Sharma’s story is of real success. He used to be really poor. With his talent for comedy and support from friends, he got into the laughter challenge competition and won 10 lakhs. With the money, he married his sister. Since then, he became a part of Comedy Circus and then, Comedy Nights with Kapil which heightened his reputation.
