All hardware firms should now gear up to dole out money and give Alphabet’s Google $40 per device to use its apps. This new rule by Alphabet Google has surfaced under the new licensing system.

This is done in order to shoo away the old rule which was termed as ‘anti-competitive’ by European Union. This newest rule will come into force from 29 October 2019.

The new model of tablets or even smartphones that will be launched in the area of European Economic which will be using Google’s Android OS will be charged by Google from Android partners.

The amount can also be counterbalance but it will rely upon certain factors. The first will be a suite of the apps which will be covering Gmail and Google Maps, Play App Store and others.

The counterbalance will also involve agreeing to garner Google’s search and Chrome internet browser and feature these apps in a prominent manner. This will be the arrangement that Google has allowed. Under this method, Google will provide revenue which will be gained through search and Chrome.

This news is reported by a prominent media platform which has cited the confidential documents which clearly tells now extra tax will be charged by Google from Android partners.

Moreover, European Commission has reported that it has found that Google has abused the dominance of it in the world of mobile software and has in a way forced the Android partners to pre-install the search and Chrome in the Android devices.
