We are so much addicted to the smartphones that we don’t even care about the harms that smartphones cause to our body. Here are five bad effects of using smartphones for a long time.

1. Sleep disorder:-

Smartphones hinder our sleep. The light coming from the displays of these smartphones causes trouble in our cardiac rhythm. Less sleep means danger to the proper functioning of the brain. It is one of the most crucial bad effects of smartphones.

2. Spread infections:-

Smartphones also spread infections when we use them in public places such as hospitals, clinics, and toilets. Bacterias found at these places contaminate our smartphones which can easily spread from one person to another.

3. Radiation:-

Smartphones also cause heart-related problems. The radiation coming out from the smartphones causes oxidation of our cells hence we get more prone to the risk of heart attack and heart related diseases. The electromagnetic radiation coming out from the smartphones are a threat to the proper functioning of our heart.

Smartphones increase the stress in our life. We are so much addicted to our smartphones that every minute we want to check our notifications. This causes a type of trouble in our brain. We get distracted from our work and our brain reminds us to look at our smartphone, therefore, we may develop stress due to these things.
