Honor Play 8A phone comes with a 6 inch Hd+ IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch. It features the latest android pie 9.0. It comes with 3Gb Ram and 32Gb storage. It comes powered by the new Mediatek P35 processor which is their latest creation. It is available in blue, black and red colors.
In the camera department Honor Play 8A phone has a single rear camera of 13 megapixel along with a front facing camera with 8 megapixels. There is no fingerprint sensor as seen in the mobile. It is completely dependent on the facial unlock feature which unlocks the phone pretty quickly due to the fast processor. It features a battery of 3000Mah.

In Indian rupees the phone converts to Rs 8,155 which is a decent price for a 3Gb Ram device.
Opinion
Although the Honor Play 8A phone is in budget range, it should have included the fingerprint sensor. It also doesn’t feature the dual rear camera setup which is like a new fashion in the smartphone world. The battery is just 3000Mah, not enough to run even 5-6 pubg mobile full fledged games. The P35 processor is not that fast. It can be compared and be better than 625 processor but that’s it. If there was P60 in this one the name play would certainly suit the device.
Overall, the device doesn’t have the specifications a Huawei device should have. It seems like they want to just save price on this one and have a huge margin. If launched in India the phone won’t be enjoying huge popularity.
