US MNCs are looking for talent in India, Donald Trump has failed. The number of MNCs with engineering and Research and Development centres in India grew to 976 in 2017 from 943 in the previous year. The number is expected to rise to 1005 this year. This numerical value has been attained through a study consulting Zinnov. More than 60 per cent of these MNCs are from the US. UN MNCs are looking for talent in India.
Technology has become a central part of every industry. Engineers are becoming vital for all companies. India is the only company where companies can get the number of engineers that they require or desire.
The number of employees in these industries is increasing as well. The number rose to 396000 in 2017 from the year before’s 343000. This year, it is expected to rise to 435000. It will be an overall growth of 10 per cent. Right now, the Indian job market is not adequate. Jobs are scarce in the country.
