Is time travel possible?
First of all you should know that almost all scientists in this world say that traveling back in time is not possible. So one out of 2 possibilities can be kicked out. Traveling back in time can only be seen in shows like Doraemon or movies like Antman etc.
Sorry, if I broke your dream or something. One thing that matters is that scientists say many things! Not all are true. Thus if you believe in backwards time travel, keep believing.
This is the reason why scientists believe backward time travel ain’t possible-:
In physics, time is described as a dimension much like length, width, and height. When you travel from your house to the grocery store, you’re traveling through a direction in space, making headway in all the spatial dimensions—length, width and height. But you’re also traveling forward in time, the fourth dimension.
“Space and time are tangled together in a sort of a four-dimensional fabric called space-time,” said Charles Liu, an astrophysicist with the City University of New York, College of Staten Island and co-author of the book “One Universe: At Home In The Cosmos.”
Space-time, Liu explains, can be thought of as a piece of spandex with four dimensions. “When something that has mass—you and I, an object, a planet, or any star—sits in that piece of four-dimensional spandex, it causes it to create a dimple,” he said. “That dimple is a manifestation of space-time bending to accommodate this mass.”

Possible ways to time travel!!
(1) Through Wormholes
One possibility could be to go faster than light, which travels at 186,282 miles per second (299,792 kilometers per second) in a vacuum.
A linked possibility, NASA stated, would be to create “wormholes” between points in space-time. While Einstein’s equations provide for them, they would collapse very quickly and would only be suitable for very small particles.
(2)Time Machines
This isn’t something that’s impossible. Scientists have claimed that such a machine is actually possible.
Time machine research often involves bending space-time so far that time lines turn back on themselves to form a loop, technically known as a “closed time-like curve.”
Time travel is a subject best viewed only in movies. In reality it can create many dangers to the one attempting to time travel. As we have discussed that we have to travel at the speed of light to be able to bend time, a human body can’t travel at light speed. It would be crushed.
