Every Character Matters. Har Kisse ke Hisse Kaamyaab is one movie that celebrates all those uncelebrated or mostly unnoticed side actors. Sanjay Mishra brings out a different side of the “Glorious” Bollywood that is often left unseen or unheard of.
The story starts with a Reporter interviewing Sudheer(Sanjay Mishra) at his residence as the “Forgotten Star of Bollywood”. Sudheer, while not taking much interest in the interview as the interviewer was talking, suddenly gets all cheered up when the interviewer points out the fact that Sudheer has done 499 films. Sudheer gears up and reaches his Casting Director friend Gulati(Deepak Dobriyal) to get him his 500th film and that’s how a journey of making a Dream come true starts. But the journey has never been easy. For Anyone!
Sanjay Mishra is outstanding while playing a self respecting father, a loving grandfather, a cheerful Friend and a struggling “Senior Actor”. Sanjay is very good while portraying Sudheer’s range of roles he’s been offered over the time in 80s or 90s. Sanjay lives up to the character of Sudheer and brings magic on to the screen and into the movie.
Deepak Dobriyal has done a fantastic job in the role of Casting Director Gulati. Gulati is young, enthusiastic, energetic and witty. Deepak has done a fantastic job living up to the character of Gulati. He definitely makes you smile.
Apart from these Avtar Gill has played himself and did a very good job, Isha talvar is promising as a young struggling actor.
The story is very well written. It engages you throughout the film, the ups and downs in the story keeps you captivated. Story has a lot of emotions imbibed in it. Background Score and Soundtrack of the movie are very well placed and they touch you at the right place.
All said, the movie is a decent watch. It shows the unseen world of Bollywood a bit. The movie also teaches you the REAL meaning of SUCCESS.
The movie gets 3.5 stars out of 5 from me.
