“It is better to die one day instead of dying several times” is the best dialogue that I remember while thinking about fear. A number of different fears hold us back in our life. While some of them acknowledge them, take steps to eliminate it while others ignore them, and carry this burden throughout their life.
Let us have a look at some of the fears we encounter in our daily life:
- Fear of Change
This is the most common fear existing in this world. People resist change because it takes them out of their comfort zone and no one wants to face challenges out of their comfort zone once they have settled in their life.
The best way to overcome this fear is to ask yourself are you happy with your life? If the answer comes YES, then it is the best time to step out of your comfort zone and move ahead.
- Fear of Feedback-
When someone says something about us, we become conscious and then we begin to think more about ourselves. This is because we think that we cannot be wrong and no one is bigger than our ego.
Dealing with this fear is quite easy. Be open-minded.
- Fear of Failure-
The difference between successful and mediocre people is only of failure. This fear is mainly because we think we would be perfect in each and every scenario but this is not the case always.
Set small goals and achieve them. You will get a good sense of accomplishment and after taking small steps, you can go for big ones.
- Fear of Transparency
Scams occur because of lack of transparency. We fear that if we open up, we will face clashes and there would be a fight. But this is not the case always.
Always remember that if you have a good heart, then no one can disturb your inner peace. Transparency won’t always lead to clashes. It helps you to lighten your burden.
fear is inner. face the challenges and be extrovert in nature.
