This movie directed by Wes Anderson has some scenes which call for a second view. The director has paid a tribute to loyalty and friendship through this movie called ‘ Isle Of Dogs’. The shots of food are so fantastically shot in the slow motion that it will compel you to stand in the middle of the movie and applaud. The atmosphere of the movie is set in the city of Japan where the dogs have been sent to a place where all the trash of the world is being collected. This is the decision taken by the mayor as the dog flu weakens the city. The place is all littered with rotten garbage and the dogs here fight for that decayed food among each other. Live Schreiber has voiced a dog named ‘Spots’ who is the mayor’s nephew’s pet. The name of the nephew is Atari. He is the central character in the flick as he wants to be with his pet friend ‘Spots’ and to do this, he crashes a plane and reaches the place where all the dogs have been thrown.

There he meets other canines. Rick’s a dog character voiced by Edward Norton, Duke Weiss voiced by Jeff Goldblum, Boss voiced by Will Murray and Kind voiced by Bob Balaban. Chief is another dog who is a stray and is the character of a dog who is always suspicious of humans. This is why he does not decides to help Stari initially. This canine character is voiced by Bryan Cranston. The story shares a bond that develops between Atari and Chief.

Also, the interesting part comes when the mayor decides to exterminate the living dogs with the help of robotic dogs and a student named Tracy voiced by Greta Gerwig comes in the way. The movie is full of rebellious, bonds, children which is shown with fantastic stop-motion captivation. How the plan unfolds and whether the dogs survive or not is something which you should see for yourself in the movie as telling everything in this narrative will be a spoiler. The Isle Of Dogs is a movie which has touched the right chord of the audience. It is really worth watching if you are friends with canines.
