It is really unhappy to see a movie with huge potential getting squandered. This is the case with this newly released movie Karwaan as well. The intriguing story of the flick is not displayed in the way as expected. On the top of it, we have the top actors of Indian cinema as Dulquer Salman, Mithila Palkar and Irfan Khan whose potentials are not used to the fullest extent. This is something for the people who view cinema with the eyes of the critiques. On the positive note, the way this movie has shot looks like a beautiful painting. The visuals are so good that they will make you forget that the film is not just about the scenic beauty.

The story of the two bodies being swapped is funny but the film is lit up by the actors present in the flick.
Dulquer as an IT job holder is fantastic in his role and Irfan Khan will surely tickle your funny bones. Mithila who has made her debut with Hindi movie has also done justice to her role. There is no place in the movie where she had faltered. The movie becomes convoluted because of the stilted direction by director Akash Khurana. The characters are good but not deep enough so that the audience could attach to them emotionally.

Moving ahead, this newly released movie Karwaan has given the best dialogues to Irfan Khan and the good news is that he has decided them with full energy and a laconic way which has impressed the audience again. Mithila looks little petulant but overall she is energetic and good. If the script had more depth, these three would have taken this newly released movie Karwaan many notches higher. If you are a travelling aficionado, do watch the flick then.
