After 169 Goals and 10 late winners later, THE FIFA WORLD CUP 2018 has finally come to an end. On Sunday, France was able to bring it home by defeating the determined Croatia 4-2. France manager, Deschamps became the third man in FIFA WORLD CUP history to lift the trophy both as a player and a coach after Zagallo of Brazil and the West Germany captain Beckenbauer.
FIFA President Infantino handed the French Captain Hugo Lloris the FIFA World Cup Trophy after a one-sided encounter. Celebrations took a bad turn back in the home for France. The interior ministry said there had been 292 arrests and 2 people died in the reckless celebrations. Men threw stones at a drug store, police had to use water cannons and had to fire tear gas.
