As 2019 rolls in so do new fashion trends. Experts believe that the fashion trends of 2019 are going to be more popular than any trend of any given year. This is mainly due to the increased exposure towards trends at the global level.
Many designers and several fashion shows have already set the gateway to the fashion trends of 2019. Now, supermodels, actresses and other famous personalities already own the fashion trends and are inspiring us to the same.

Earthy colours are back
The bright colours need to be pushed back in the closet. 2019 is going to be dominated by earthy colours. The corporate dress code and the power dressing especially have evolved. It is going to be dominated by colours like brown, terracotta and desert sands. Note that this is also a shift from black and grey. Women don’t need to use the colours men use to match them in boardrooms. They are going to have a colour palette to define their power dressing.
Mini hemlines
2018 saw the dominance of hemlines that were usually below the knee. 2019 however will see the return of short skirts and dresses. The hemlines brought in by Duchesses are out and the shorter, sexier ones worn by models are back in. Prints
2019 is going to see the dominance of prints. Polka dots and animal prints are already dominating the runaway. Burberry has also managed to make the cow print look good. This year is going to be all about unconventional prints. So it is time to push back those monochromes.

The dark rinse denim is going to give way to acid washed denim. The fashion giants like Dior ad Alexander Wang are already ensuring this transition. It is not going to be just acid washed denim jeans but a variety of stuff. Get ready for jackets, shirts, shoes, bags and hats made from acid washed denim.
Time to dress up cause casual is out
This one trend that we are all going to regret. Casual dressing that took the world by storm is slowly going out. 2019 is going to be all about couture, power dressing and chic style. The messy ponytail will have to be replaced by an elegant hairdo. The sneakers have to give way to ballet flats or heels.
