Users of Photoshop or Lightroom know that editing images are not easy. They have to take up a course to understand the process of editing images. This is where Adobe has made a change. To increase the number of users who can use their products, Adobe has launched a unique camera app. This camera app makes use of Artificial Intelligence to detect the subject in the image and can edit images accordingly.
The camera app will apply different filters that will suit the subject. It allows users to try the filters in real-time or apply them to images taken from the camera roll. The app automatically makes adjustments in the viewfinder, based on various aspects, including dynamic range, tonality, and scene type. Additionally, if you want to make changes to images, do so by applying edits like fine-tune details, highlights, vibrancy, and exposure. The application also includes the auto-masking feature, which will make use of Sensei to automatically make a clean selection around a subject.
The major aim of the app is to simplify the way users edit photos and completely eliminate the need to learn to edit.
Availability
Currently, the app is available only to a certain group of iOS and Android users. It is in the beta version and tested out by others for errors. It will make its debut on the App Store soon.
