The 70th Emmy Awards was a mesmerizing, a night full of stars to behold, as people’s favourite shows won the prestigious Emmys award.
Not only various popular shows were awarded but also made it hard for us to wait for the saga of the Seven Kingdoms, Dragons and the Iron Throne and the show still tops when it comes with awards.
Fans of the show ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ would be glad to know that Alex Borstein, who plays Susie Myerson, won the award for Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series and Rachel Brosnahan won the Lead Actress in a Comedy award. This was a huge win for Amazon, as it is the first time their show won an Emmy. The show went on to win five out of seven awards that it was nominated for, making it shine throughout 70th Emmy Awards.
Game of Thrones had a great night at the as well, as they won nine awards in total at the 70th Emmy Awards and was nominated in 22 categories. They won the Outstanding Drama Series, Peter Dinklage grabbed the Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, GOT therefore shined throughout the night.
