The Nokia 7.1 is an upcoming smartphone which will be the new addition to the famous series. We have to agree to the fact that this series has helped Nokia regain its position in the market. Let’s see if the smartphone has good specifications or not!
The Nokia 7.1 features a 5.8 inch full HD+ screen with a notch. It runs on Android pie and will have the Snapdragon 636 processor. Companies should stop using this processor and go to the 660 as that is better.
It has both, a face unlock as well as the fingerprint unlock sensor. It features a battery of 3060 Mah. It comes with 4Gb Ram and 64Gb of storage. In the camera department the phone has a 12+5 megapixels dual rear cameras and a front facing 8 megapixels camera. It comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The price of this phone is Rs19,999. I don’t know why but the phone doesn’t fulfill as per its price. Neither the camera have great specs, neither does the processor. The price is certainly unjustified.
Instead of buying this you might want to go ahead and have a phone with 8Gb Ram and 128Gb storage and also a better processor of 660 snapdragon. The phone is Realme 2 pro. Another good choice might be to add 1000Rs in the budget and get the Pocophone F1 priced at Rs 20,999.
Nokia release phones on the basis of their quality, design etc. They don’t compromise on quality thus their phones are priced high. Thus if you want, you can go with the Nokia 7.1 as it will give you the Android One experience like no other smartphone at this price range but if the peice had been like 2-3k lesser like in the Redmi Note 6 pro the phone would be considered well priced. Right now its just another overpriced Nokia device.
