The India Vs Australia 4th Test has begun. India took batting first. But before going into the depths of the day’s game lets take a look at both squads.

Indian Squad

Lokesh Rahul, Mayank Agarwal, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Hanuma Vihari, Rishabh Pant, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammed Shami, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah

Australian Squad

Marcus Harris, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, Shaun Marsh, Peter Handscomb, Travis Head, Tim Paine, Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon, Josh Hazlewood

India batted first. Aggarwal and Rahul came down to bat. India lost their first wicket at just a score of 10. It was KL Rahul who is currently suffering from a bad form. It was then that Aggarwal and Pujara made a good stand of 116 runs after which Aggarwal got out at 79 runs. Pujara went ok to score a hundred and is currently mot out. Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane have scored small partnerships with Pujara but got out early at scores of 23 and 19 only. Hanuma Vihari is currently at the field alongside Pujara. India at the end of day 1 is at 303-4 which is really great score.

From the bowling side the most successful Aussie bowler was Hazelwood who took 2 wickets while Starc and Lyon took 1 each. Pat Cummins Labuschange remained wicketless. The commentators spoke that it was due to the bad bowling efforts of the pacers which allowed India to gain runs after runs.

Well, lets just hope India either wins or Ties this one because that would lead to India winning the Test Series against Australia in Australia.
